It was a cloudy day and I needed a “pick me up.” I headed to the New Bohemia neighborhood of Cedar Rapids. New Bohemia (or New Bo) and Czech Village on the other side of the Cedar River, are historically Czech and Slovak neighborhoods.
Brewhemia is located near the New Bo Market. The coffee shop is very hipster. The cashier was friendly. The coffee was delicious. The only drawback was that it got kind of noisy and crowded about mid-morning.
It is definitely a must-try coffee shop!
